I've had low back pain
since I was 16 years old. The doctors gave me pain killers, but the pain was still there! I figured I was too young to not be able to put on my own shoes without PAIN.
Once I came to Pecan Valley Chiropractic

A Little Bit Extra Can Go A Long, Long Way…
Dear Patients and Friends,
Here’s some great advice that can be found on the Internet: “Success is what happens when you do a little bit extra each day.”
And, it’s true. Sure, it’s possible for success to come in one single windfall, but most often it arrives bit by bit. And the funny thing is, most of the time, you don’t even realize what’s going on until a big change has been made.
Here’s what this has to do with you: Your health “happens” when you do a little bit extra each day, too. And that goes for good health and also for bad health just the same.
For example, let’s say you suddenly have back pain. Chances are the CAUSE of that back pain did not start that day – at the same time as the symptoms. The CAUSE was there for weeks, months or even years… building up… until it reached a certain point that your body could not adapt anymore… and then WAMMO… you felt the pain.
Sure – you can have an accident and cause the pain instantly – but most of the time – things build up over time.
And you get better the same way. Many patients start Chiropractic care and start feeling better instantly. That’s great. Others get better, little by little, over time.
Treatments build on each other. Then, all of a sudden, before you realize it, most, if not all, of your pain, is gone.
