When I went to Dr. Cudnik I was having severe, burning pain in my wrists and hands.  Each morning when I woke I could hardly move my hands.  I was unable to even hold the newspaper between my thumb and fingers without experiencing pain and weakness.  Simple tasks such as sewing and cooking were out of the question for me.

I had talked to my primary care physician and she said it with carpal tunnel syndrome and ordered x-rays.  Now, I am not new to chiropractic care and was familiar with the success of Dr. Cudnik and Pecan Valley Chiropractic in working with carpal tunnel patients.  I opted to visit him before going for x-rays and possible surgical route.

Following my first visit to Dr. Cudnik I experienced some relief from the pain and with each following visit I continued to improve.

What a blessing it is to be pain free and able to continue with the activities I enjoy,

Dr. Cudnik has always been able to help my back pain... but my knee pain was a different type of problem.

The knee pain prevented me from doing my normal activities, like walking and kneeling.  Even getting dressed wasn't easy.

After Dr. Cudnik treated my knee... it was nothing short of a miracle!  I am able to lift my leg, and put my socks on with no pain.  It's the first time I've been able to raise my knee to my waist in years!

I was very big trouble!  I had low back pain and difficulty sleeping.

The pain prevented me from activities like mowing the lawn and even getting in and out of bed was a chore.

I took Motrin and used the heating pad with little help.

After treatment with Dr. Cudnik everything is better!  I'm able to work around the house and even do some much needed house painting.

I was in constant pain.  I had difficulty standing, walking, even lying down.

I was unable to do the fun things... like walking the dogs were riding my bike.  No fairs or fiesta for me!

My doctor gave me three different drugs and I even had several cortisone (steroids) injections that would leave me disabled.

Since chiropractic treatment up, Elie chiropractic hike in the physical activities, even water aerobics, yoga and stretching.

Since using the memory foam pillow that Dr. Cudnik recommended, I am sleeping more soundly and waking refreshed... what a blessing.  I feel younger and I feel more free!

I first came to Dr. Cudnik with back and neck pain and shoulder pain, which have all gotten better with treatment.  He's also been able to help my knee and wrist pain!

Recently I started having headaches and jaw pain.  It caused me to lose sleep and I would clench my jaws at night.

My dentist was unable to help and I had to take pills and use an analgesic rub for pain relief.

After Dr. Cudnik treated my TMJ and jaw, I slept a lot better and my face even looks better without the pressure and the frown.  My future looks like a rainbow!

I had back pain for years... also neck pain.  I couldn't do yard work or bend over without severe pain.  I couldn't even play with my grandchildren.  I was having difficulty sleeping and I was irritable grouchy and depressed.

I took Tylenol and used heat but nothing helped.

After I started treatment at pecan Valley chiropractic my back pain went away!  I felt better physically and had energy I never thought I would have again.  I have a kick in my step and my wife says I look 100% better... and best of all I get to play with my grandchildren!

I enjoy my treatment and exercises.  Dr. Cudnik showed me exercise is on the Swiss balls and it has helped my strength and my balance.  That ball is the best thing out there!
